30 day return to base with Cooper Watches UK

6 month warranty with Cooper factory- watch will be repaired or replaced if the product turns out to be faulty or not as advertised.

We don't have an issue with shipments to the EU we just ship them as normal. Please note that we are not responsible for taxes and customs fees that may be apply to goods imported by you.

We are a retailer: we do not service or repair watches.

Repair service only exists if you submit your product as part of a warranty claim (within 6 months from purchase).

If you submit a valid claim under warranty, Cooper will, at its option, repair your product using new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability.

Alternatively, if a repair is not possible, we will replace your product with a product that is at least a functioning equivalent to the product and is formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent in performance and reliability.

Cooper can also refund your purchase price in exchange for the return of your product as part of a warranty claim.
